Privacy Policy

Through the equipment request form we collect only what is needed to provide the service: name, phone number, optional email address, rental dates, resort preference and the sizing details required to choose equipment (height, weight, shoe size, ability).

All of it is entered voluntarily by you. You can also use the service by phone or WhatsApp without filling in the form.

Your data is used for three purposes only: to send you a quote, to prepare equipment in the correct size, and to arrange delivery. We do not send promotional messages without your consent.

We do not sell your data to third parties or share it for marketing. Limited information is shared only where necessary to perform the service — for example with the courier delivering to your hotel.

Rental records are retained for the period required by applicable commercial and tax legislation. At the end of that period they are deleted or anonymised.

Requests that did not result in a rental are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

This site sets no cookies beyond those strictly necessary for it to function. Where an analytics tool is used to measure visitor statistics, IP addresses are processed in anonymised form.

You have the right to access your personal data and to request its correction or deletion. Write to the email address on our contact page and your request will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
