About Us
We are a team that works on the slopes, skis on them, and services the equipment by hand. This page explains who we are and the standards we work to.
How we started
We began in 2015 with a single storeroom at Erciyes and 40 pairs of skis. At the time, renting in Turkey mostly meant the counter at the resort: long queues, worn equipment and bindings nobody had adjusted.
Our starting point was simple: take the equipment to the guest, and set the bindings properly every single time. Today we operate at four resorts and make thousands of handovers a season — but the core of the model has not changed.
Our servicing standard
The real work in equipment rental is not the renting — it is the maintenance. Every ski and board in our inventory gets a full service at the start of the season: base grind, edge sharpen, hot wax. During the season an interim service follows every ten rentals.
Bindings are calibrated on a test machine once a year. That is not something every rental point in Turkey does, and it is what verifies that a DIN setting actually releases at the force it claims.
Helmets that have taken an impact, and skis that are cracked or beginning to delaminate, come out of the inventory and are never rented again. We make no exceptions to that rule.
Our team
Our team includes certified ski instructors, equipment technicians and operations staff who are on the mountain all season. The person handing you the gear is part of the same team that serviced it, which means responsibility is never passed along.
The same team writes our blog. Everything in those articles — sizing charts, snow conditions, technical advice — comes from work on the ground rather than being compiled from elsewhere on the internet.
