At all four resorts we deliver free to your hotel. If you are not staying on the mountain, you can collect from our meeting point at the lift base. To return, simply leave the gear at your hotel reception.

No. Once we receive your request we reserve the equipment in your name; payment is made at handover by cash, card or bank transfer.

Skis from 100 to 185 cm, snowboards from 128 to 165 cm and boots from EU 26 to 47. Children's equipment is available from age four.

We do not charge for scratches and wear from normal use. For serious damage — a broken ski, a cracked helmet — repair or replacement is charged according to the schedule in the rental agreement.

A day ahead is usually enough. Over New Year, the school mid-term break and long weekends demand is very high, so book at least a week in advance.

Yes — every price listed includes VAT, with no additional charges.

No. Lift passes are sold by the resort operator and are not part of the rental price. You can buy one at the resort ticket office or through your hotel.

Yes, for five people or more. Just state the number of people on the request form.

Not on standard rentals. An ID document and a signed rental agreement are all that is needed.

A day ahead is normally enough. For New Year, the mid-term break and long weekends, book at least a week in advance — boots in EU 42 and above and longer skis sell out first on those dates.

An ID document is all that is needed. Under-18s require a parent's consent, and a helmet is mandatory for them.

Yes. If the equipment does not suit you on the first day we swap it free of charge, re-checking length and flex and bringing a model that works for you.

Not at all. We work it out with a simple balance test at handover and set the bindings accordingly. Changing them later takes a couple of minutes.

Usually the same or half a size down. What matters is that your heel does not lift inside the boot — we check that together at handover.

Yes — children's boards from 128 cm with matching boots. Helmets are free with children's sets.

We recommend a soft-flex twin-tip freestyle board, sized a centimetre or two short. That combination makes turning easier and cuts first-day fatigue.

A helmet can be added as standard. We also rent wrist guards, impact shorts and knee pads — wrist guards in particular are strongly recommended for new snowboarders.

No. A single thin, seamless ski sock is best. Thick or doubled socks restrict circulation and actually make your feet colder.

Yes, at no charge. We ask you to try the boots on and walk in them for a few minutes at handover, and swap the size on the spot if anything feels wrong.

No. Snowboard boots are soft, with a flexible sole designed to fit snowboard bindings. A ski boot will not fit a snowboard binding, and vice versa.

It is not a legal requirement in Turkey, but we do not hand over equipment to under-18s without one — and we strongly recommend it for adults too.

Yes. Every set is professionally laundered, dried and re-proofed after each rental, and handed to you in a sealed bag.

Most children can start learning at four. Three is possible, but lessons at that age need to be kept very short.

Yes — a child's helmet is included at no extra cost.

They can just about do on a short, windless day, but they do not block side light or wind and can shatter in a fall. Goggles are clearly safer.

Yes, we stock OTG (over-the-glasses) models — just note it on the request form.

Yes. The wide blue runs and learning areas in the Hisarcık sector are among the most forgiving slopes in Turkey for a first-timer, and the resort has a number of certified ski schools and private instructors.

The season usually opens in the first two weeks of December and continues to the end of April. Because of the snowmaking system, the opening date depends very little on natural snowfall.

In normal conditions the whole journey takes about 3.5 hours: 2.5 hours on the motorway to Bolu, then roughly an hour on the mountain road. In snowfall it can stretch to five hours.

Yes. We deliver snowboards, boots, helmets and protection to every hotel at Kartalkaya. Freestyle and all-mountain boards are available from 145 cm to 165 cm.

Yes — the floodlit run in the Dorukkaya sector opens on selected evenings through the season. Confirm the hours with your hotel or the resort office.

Very. Soft snow, wide learning areas and hotels right at the base make it one of the easiest places in Turkey to learn.

Drive via the Osmangazi Bridge to Bursa in about 2.5 hours, then take the cable car or the mountain road for another 45–60 minutes. The Yenikapı–Mudanya ferry is an alternative.

Yes, skis and snowboards can be carried in the cabins. It is far easier to collect your gear at the top, though — we deliver to your hotel in the hotel zone.

Although 40% of the runs are advanced, the learning area and blue pistes in front of the hotels are perfectly adequate for a first-timer. That said, Kartalkaya or Erciyes make for a gentler start.

Yes. All-mountain and freeride boards — including wider shapes suited to dry powder — are available from November to May, with free delivery to your hotel.

The airport is only 15 km away — under 20 minutes by taxi. Most hotels provide a free transfer.
