Your personal data is processed by our company acting as data controller. The company name, address and contact details appear in the site footer and on the contact page.

Your data is processed to establish and perform the rental agreement, to prepare equipment in the correct size, to run delivery and return, and to meet statutory retention obligations.

The legal basis is Article 5/2(c) — necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract — and Article 5/2(ç) — compliance with a legal obligation.

Your data may be transferred to our business partners (delivery staff, the property you are staying at) only to the extent necessary to perform the service, and to legally authorised public authorities. No data is transferred abroad.

Under Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about that processing, to learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, and to object to processing.
